My name is Agnieszka Wdowicz and for over 6 years I worked in the recruitment department of a large American consulting company.

As an expert in my field, in July 2022 I was given the opportunity to relocate to Miami, United States.

There, I worked as a Senior Recruiter, guiding dozens of international candidates through recruitment processes each season. I supported them throughout the entire journey — from networking events to job offers and employment.

In the U.S., I also participated in some trainings of experienced career coaches, ensuring I gained the right expertise in building a candidate brand, resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, interview assessment and salary negotiation.
